Shanty Arabians And Carter Horsemanship

The Carter Horsemanship "Dream Team"

Picture
And so it begins... My vision is to create a horsemanship dream team. They will work together at liberty and preform tricks at shows and performances and two of them will be offered forsale as seasoned performance horses after a few years on the road.
This is just the beginning.... they will be great.

The team will consist of 3 horses:
2008 quarterhorse dun and buckskin fillies - TCS Classy Kity Cat (vanilla) and RD Fancy Falon (Abbey)
and of course 2002 Quarter/arab Palomino mare - JM Golden Reflection (Jesse the Trick Horse)

2008 Buckskin filly- TCS Classy Kity Cat (Vanilla)

Vanilla is the chunkier of the two, she is also the quieter and was the first to be broke in Sept. 2009. She also managed to come on our trail ride to check out our new 75 acres because everyone else was either foal sitting or too studdish haha.

2008 Dun Filly- RD Fancy Falon (Abbey)

When I first bought Abbey she was a little more on the skiddish side and it took me awhile to get her solid with haltering, but at any time she was still very willing and attentive. Abbey is much smarter than Vanilla as has taken me very little effort to break. She will take more time to gain trust but she will but easier to teach advanced manouvers. Abbey was broke a week after Vanilla in Sept. 2009.

JM Golden Reflection (Jesse the Trick Horse)

Jesse is the seasoned veteran of the trio and is teaching them her ways very slowly. In the fineshed product I will control the other girls from Jesse's back bareback and bridalless.
